By purchasing services from us you accept our terms.
Services: We provides hosting services such as Minecraft, FiveM and VPS Hosting. These services remain active as long as you have selected and paid for them.
Billing: A few days before the expiration date of your services, an invoice will be generated. It is your responsibility to pay this invoice in a timely manner.
Non-payment: If the invoice is not paid before the expiration date, your server will no longer be accessible to you or your users.
Deletion: After 5 days of non-payment, your server will be deleted from our system, and we can no longer guarantee the preservation of your data.
Liability: We are not liable for loss of data or damages resulting from non-payment or deletion of the server.
User Conduct: Users of our services may not engage in activities that violate the law or harm other users or our systems, if you do so, we have the right to remove your server immediately.
Refund Eligibility: Customers may request a refund within 14 days of their initial purchase if they have a valid reason for dissatisfaction with our services.
Valid reasons for refund requests include but are not limited to:
- Technical issues that prevent the proper functioning of the service.
- Failure to deliver promised features or performance.
- Unacceptable downtime or server unavailability.
Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must submit a ticket explaining the reason for dissatisfaction. This request should be sent to our customer support team via email or through our support ticket system.
Evaluation: Our customer support team will evaluate each refund request based on the provided reason and the terms of service. We may request additional information or troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue before processing the refund.
Refund Decision: If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Exclusions: Refunds may not be available in cases where the customer has violated our terms of service or acceptable use policy, or if the dissatisfaction is due to reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure events.
Appeals: Customers who disagree with the outcome of their refund request may appeal the decision by providing additional information or evidence to support their case. Appeals will be reviewed by our management team.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of such changes.
